The WeddingChannel Store: Shipping

Our standard shipping method is UPS ground service. Shipping charges are determined by the weight of the products in your package, and will be displayed during the checkout process after the shipping address has been entered. To receive a shipping estimate via phone, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-647-7032. We are currently only able to ship to the 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. We are not able to ship to PO boxes, APO's or to Canadian addresses at this time.

Non personalized items process in 3-5 business days. Personalized items’ processing time varies depending on the item. Rushing your shipping method will not rush the processing time of your order. If you choose overnight shipping for an item, it will be immediately shipped the next day after the processing is complete.
