I am getting married June 2011 and I bought six of these (3 blue, 3 green) for my bridesmaids gifts. I was a little anxious about the color shown online because the reviewer below talked about how the piping was "beige" and they did the monogram in white. Therefore, I called and was advised to do Ivory for the monogram, so I did. I just received them today and I am SO excited because they were better than I even expected! The blue and green are almost exactly as shown online, and the piping is an "off white" (definitely not beige though) so the ivory monogram matched perfectly. They are great quality, perfect size (the large zipper pocket will easily hold a lunch, drinks, etc.), and very cute! I plan to do a "beach theme" for the gift so I am also giving my BMs a beach towel, chapstick, and sunscreen along with the tote. This is a GREAT deal for the price!

I wasn't that thrilled with this. Ordered the blue and the piping looks white in the picture. So I got white embroidery, but the piping is really beige! Every time I look at it I want to bleach the piping to match the embroidery. It's bugging me! Also, the middle letter is not larger than the others like a proper monogram, so it looks like I put their initials in the wrong order.
I am sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your order. The picture colors online can vary according to the settings you have on your computer for color. As far as the middle initial being larger than the end initials, you have to choose a monogram font in order for this to be done as a monogram style initialling. We see that you chose a non monogram font and that is the reason the middle initial was not larger than the end initials. We do have this information in the personalization box so when entering in initials in first-last-middle order you choose a monogram font that corresponds with that type of initialling.
I do advise if you have any questions when placing an order to call customer service at 800-647-7032 so that any questions or concerns may be answered prior to the order being placed.

I ordered the Blue Lunch tote for my bridesmaids for our beach wedding in NC. We'll be at the beach a week before the wedding so I wanted to give them something they could use that week. It works great as a personal lunch box or putting drinks in to carry down to the beach. Color is really vibrant and same blue as in picture! Embroidery is clean and neat! I couldn't be happier with the product.
