We purchased these coasters as a thank you gift to our reception guests that we wanted to personalize with our engagement photos. Although these coasters are a good option for a personalized gift (you can slip pictures into the coaster), the quality of the coaster backing is poor quality. Some of our pictures didn't fit in the coasters due to poor assembly. Consider buying the "Kate Spade" version of the same product which is of consistent good quality.

After reading the reviews, I had to buy the coasters! Especially reading that they had a green tint to them, being that is one of my colors! They are perfect, and so convienant because they are already wrapped. Less work for me!

This was the perfect wedding favor. I printed out guest's names and table numbers on clear labels and put them on each favor. They will be set up on a table so that guests can use them as place cards as well as favors. They have a greenish tint but since my flowers and table are white it should look beautiful.

They just arrived for our wedding that is four months away, they came less than a week after I ordered them which was great! They are very cute and even come with a little "thank you" card on them. They have a slightly greenish tint, which is fine for me. We are having a photobooth at the wedding and I thought it would be really neat for my guests to cut out their photos from the photo booth and put them in the coasters! They come in packs of two, so when a couple leaves they will then have a set of four coasters. I really like them! The only disappointment was when I logged on today to write this review they have been put on sale and now cost half of what I paid for them... But still a good price for what they are!

I really liked the idea of having photo coasters as our favors. I thought they would be useful and different. Instead of putting our photo in it, I used different patterned/colored papers to put in to specify the meal each guest is having. I will have to open each box, place the paper in and re-wrap each box.

Some annoying things:
There is definitely a front and back to the box, but they put the barcode sticker on the front.

The ribbon it came with was cheap, and when you take it off, it looks really wrinkled and frayed. But you have to take it off because they put the thank you tags inside. It would have been nicer if they just sent the coasters in the box and have the ribbon and tags separate.

The paper that comes in the photo coaster is stuck to the glue used to attach the backing, so it is difficult to remove if you want to remove it.

Overall, for the price, I really like having the photo coaster for our favor, I'll just have to start putting it together earlier. :)

I ordered these coasters to use as a combo favor/ place card holder. When I opened them up they were in a little plactic box with two thank you tags and two thank you notes in the picture frame. They also had a white organza ribbon wrapped around which was nice but when I opened the box and took a closer look at the coaster they weren't exactly the quality I was imagining. The top of the coaster is pretty but the back just has a piece of white plastic to hold the picture in, and if you put the coaster on a dark surface you can see the backing through the glass. I will be using them for my wedding because we bought 150 of them but if I had known that they were like that I would have gotten something else.

A favor that has a purpose after the reception! Our guests appreciated the fact thet they have a reminder of our wedding that they can use! I had several friends ask if there were extras. The frame size is perfect for a child's school picture.

I LOVE IT! I put pictures in and they look great! (Wallets cut to fit worked out best for us.)[...]But beware I had to damage out a large percent. In my first order of 130 sets, 17% were too poor of quality for me to use. (Black marks, spots in the glass, chipped frosted look inside the glass, paint, you name it!) In the replacement 22 sets, 23% are going to be trashed. I definately suggest this product-But inspect them! When done correctly, they are WONDERFUL!

This is an amazing gift to give to our guests that attend our special day. There is a "Thank you" note on both coasters with a calli lily (which is perfect because we are using calli lilies), so we kept one coaster as it is and added our engagement pictures to the other coaster for our guests to have as keepsakes.
I love the light green color that surrounds the coasters, if green is in your color theme, this is a great gift to give.
The only issue I had was that some of the thank notes, that were difficult to take out to insert my picture. But other than that it is great!- the size we used for our pictures were 2x2. It fits very well =) (that is the size of passport pictures, so I was able to print six pictures on one 4x6)

I must say that the coasters come packaged ready to give as gifts! I actually love them-the only draw back is that the frosted glass is like a mint green (looks ivory on line). Great buy if the color matches your theme!

They were perfect, I knew when I saw them they would be perfect for our wedding. [...] The only down side was that they come pre-gift wrapped so if we want to change the ribbon we have to go thru every single one and change the ribbon.

These favors are wonderful! The only thing is that the spot for the picture is really small, but I'm sure our guests will still utilize them.
We are putting a clear sticker on the front with guests' names and table numbers and then a sticker on the back that says, "Please use these coasters and think of us! You can put a picture in there too! Vic and Missy, August 2008"
All in all, it's a great and unique favor!

We ordered the coasters and they are an excellent choice. I was very pleased! Practical, elegant, good price, and timeless. We put a clear label with our names and wedding date on the plastic wrapping and had one at each place setting at our reception. It was very classy with the ivory ribbon and our guests loved them. Several asked me if we had extras after our wedding as they wanted additional photo coasters.

These coasters will serve the purposes of place card seatings, thank you notes and keepsakes from my wedding. I plan to replace the thank you in one of the coasters with the names of guest. I think they are a great buy -there is an elegance and uniqueness to them and I would definitely recommend them . The only drawback I would say is that the colour isn't actually cream as it looks online - it has a greenish look- lucky for me green is one of my theme colours so they will blend.

When I purchased them, I knew they were a good idea. I had been to the weddings where they give a wine glass (what do you do with 2 wine glasses for a couple that dont match anything?) You want to give something that is useful, that they want to keep out and remember you. This is the perfect item! You can place a card in there with a thank you or with a picture, then when the couple goes home they can take it out if they want and use as needed (who doesnt need coasters). Plus I was so suprised when I got them Not only do come in individual clear plastic boxes, but with a thank you card in the picture area, wrapped with a bow, and a thank you tag! I thought I would need to decorate all 150 of them, and now I need to do nothing!!!! This is a great item for the price!

I was very happy to find a unique and different gift to offer our guests. We replaced the thank you note with the seating chart info for each guest. Not only did we have double use, but it's a gift that is pratical for guests as well. Would definitely buy again.

This was a "unique" favor idea. My fiance chose this because it was different than anything he'd ever received as a favor. We didn't want something that was done by all. We placed a picture of us on one side and left the thank you on the other side. So both the picture and the thank you were shown through the window. If people choose to change the picture, that's fine. The only problem was we had 300 guests. It was time consuming opening each package and putting pictures in each one. We had lots of help so it went by a little faster.
