We ordered the "tiffany blue" which was the perfect color for our wedding--it was very difficult for me finding this exact color elsewhere but through a lot of hard work, we were able to find tablecloths and so forth to match. The colors were turquoise (the "tiffany blue")to match the beautiful turquoise water in the bahamas, and a beige/"champagne" color to match the sand there, with touches of white.

The fans were well-constructed and none of them broke or tore (which I was concerned about) they functioned well since we were married at 4:30 P.M. in the sunshine in the Bahamas (In July!) We had them placed (open) on each of the white seats for the ceremony, and most guests brought them with them to the reception site (including myself)

I'm not sure we could have survived without the fans--they were a hit with everyone (including the men) and the personalization was a nice touch too.

Unfortunately, I ordered them well in advance (there was a sale) and greatly overestimated the number of guests I would need them for. Now I have probably 40 fans customized with our names and wedding date in Tiffany Blue.

Oh well!

My only real complaint is that the fabric had this sheen to it that made it look a little "cheap" to me at first. It did grow on me quite a bit, but it is not what exactly what I imagined it to be since it is described as "silk" it almost has a shiny, somehow papery look to it.

I would buy this again.

I'm using these fans for my wedding. They are so simple, yet elegant. They will be beautiful for a July wedding. The only thing I didn't like was that the personalized inscription on the side was light. You can see it, but it is not as dark as it looks on line. But the quality of the product is extremely good. I was afraid they would look cheap but they didn't.
